“Pros: Doormen and staff are top notch. Friendly and always servicable. Rent pricing is great for the location. Being nearby the 35th St ferry is awesome and I will miss this. Cons: Bad neighbors. Cigarette smoke in the hallways on the weekends. There was a roach problem earlier this year (gotten better, but we'll see). Being near the midtown tunnel sucks”
