“Pros: great super, very responsive. Cons: desperately needs update, pests are an issue that never goes away. neighbors are nice and quiet. people take your packages ALL the time :( Advice to landlord: please take care of the mice and add another dryer (three washers but 2 dryers?) building management needs to be more responsible by phone/email. brokers for building are not respectful & enter your apt randomly.”

“Pros: Great location, lots of natural light, spacious apartments, well kept building with a super on site. Cons: There is no insulation between the ceiling and apartments above you, so you can hear ever step, every creak your neighbors make as if they are right there.”
