“Unit 2L Pros: Fairly Clean, Good Community. Cons: Super is inconsistent but nice and building management is hard to get a hold of. Language barrier. Elevator constantly breaking. Management terrible. Advice to landlord: Sell the building, You are not doing a good job.”
