“Pros: Very responsive to maintenance issues, great location very close to the subway. I didn’t have any noise issues during my time here. Cons: Huge rent increases after first year. Broker tried to get me to pay a second brokers fee to renew and would only speak over the phone (nothing in writing) which felt sketchy. Some pest issues but they had pest control come regularly.”
