“Unit 5G Pros: Some people are respectful Cons: People sublet their apartment and nothing is ever done about it Advice to landlord: Go to apartment 5H it’s sublet to the son only when their is a problem the owners of apartment comes other then that she does not live there her son does and there was problems before when she had her daughter there with her kids you guys evicted the daughter but the son moved in ..I think you should just evict them all and rent to someone who really needs the apartment”
