“Pros: Quiet building, conveninently located, responsive and friendly super Cons: Terribly small laundry room. Not enough machines and one is almost always not working. Also have to deal with inconsiderate neighbors that leave their clothes in the machines for a while. Advice to landlord: Expand laundry room to add more machines.”

“Pros: Quiet building in really good neighborhood. Got new and more washers/dryers that make laundry day easier. Amazing super who is very responsive. Cons: High rent increases. Advice to landlord: Please be mindful of people who have lived here for a while with good standing when raising rent”

“Pros: Best Super, everything fixed promptly, never a pest issue, pet friendly, quiet yet nice neighbors Cons: laundry room is small”

“Pros: The live-in super is very nice and responsive. Cons: The intercom does not work. There are only 3x washers & dryers and they are very old.”

“Pros: Quite building in great location with laundry, elevator, and live-in super. Live-in super is very responsive along with building management. Cons: No roof access, large amount of flies at front of building during summer, difficulties with buzzer and key for building door.”

“Unit Rent stab ended this year Pros: Amazing hood! Near every train! Cons: Buzzer has been broken for several months. Not enough washers/ dryers for the building. We only have three of each and one is often broken. Every summer one has to walk through a cloud of flies to enter the building it really gross! Owner has just hit the majority of the building with a major rent increase! Advice to landlord: Add more washers /dryers. Mange the flies! In an area full of high end buildings with amenities it is hard to imagine people being willing to pay the new asking rents for a “basic” bare bones build. The super is awesome!”
