“Pros: nice location, friendly neighborhood Cons: building is rundown, most of the outlets don't work, it gets incredibly humid and moldy everywhere, broken rusty fire escape, inconsistent heating in the building, noisy street with lots of metal/construction sounds daily and air pollution”
