“Unit 30E Pros: 24 hour doorman, central A/C, clean apartments and common areas Cons: obnoxious yuppies, homeless shelter nearby that did not bother us but might bother other people. Advice to landlord: nothing”
— 29-11 QUEENS PLAZA NORTH · Queens“Pros: Great staff in the building, really take care of you. Cons: Loud area outside of building, sometimes loud from inside the unit. Can hear traffic and subway screeching Advice to landlord: None, the last property manager was replaced which was a good move.”
— 29-11 QUEENS PLAZA NORTH · Queens“Pros: Small building compared to rest in the area. No congestion for elevator/rooftop/gym/etc. Cons: Building maintenance and building management takes decades to return you question or to fix something. Mike the building manager is terrible. Some tenants cannot read signs and throw garbage/recycling all in the wrong place Advice to landlord: Get your staff in order. Mainly your building manager. The doorman (s) are fantastic.”
— 29-11 QUEENS PLAZA NORTH · Queens“Pros: Got a COVID deal so sad I will be moving out since the rent is too high to maintain. However this building is super clean, doormen are friendly and remember everyone so they’ll stop anyone that they don’t recognize. Maintenance is friendly and fast at fixing anything. You can simply open a ticket and they’ll find a time to come to your apartment. Cons: Very expensive but worth the money”
“Pros: The doormen are wonderful and the apartment building is very well maintained. Very close to subway lines! Million dollar view of the city as well. Cons: Nothing at all! I love this place.”
