“Pros: renovated studios and mostly clean Cons: weed store in building that is kinda sketchy. They smoke weed outside and inside and gets into apartment.. Advice to landlord: dont rent to weed stores”

“Unit 1F Pros: Great location especially if you citibike. Newly renovated studio with lots of sunlight. Cons: Some pests. Boiler/pipes broke many times during winter which meant days without heat/hot water. Advice to landlord: Better pest control. Fix that boiler for good.”
