“Pros: Great location, lovely neighbors Cons: The management company is a disaster. The building had a horrific fire in January 2026”

“Pros: It’s a quiet building. Cons: The buzzer simply doesn’t work, and the landlord refuses to fix it. We’ve asked multiple times. We’ve had many packages stolen due to this impossibility of communication with the entry door. Landlord just ignores our requests. Advice to landlord: Gans, the buzzer simply doesn’t work, and you refused to fix it. We’ve asked multiple times. We’ve had many packages stolen due to this impossibility of communication with the entry door. You just ignore our requests.”
