“Unit 15 Pros: Updated appliances and fixtures, exposed brick (on top floor) and roof access. High ceilings, cozy during fall months. Huge shower. Cons: Horrible radiators, noisy and so hot. Poor pest control, no natural light, narrow living space. Advice to landlord: Lower the price for what these units offer”

“Pros: Responsive and friendly super, updated units, good value Cons: Pest problem on lower floors and in hallways (rats, roaches, bed bugs, even pigeons in the hallway). Can be very loud at times from outside noise. Advice to landlord: Figure out the pest problem”

“Pros: Decent area, good super Cons: Door is always broken and unlocked, bed bugs, roof door is always open and birds get in the building, rats & roaches all in trash area Advice to landlord: Notify residents via email/call/text of building issues. I.e. hot water being out, near by construction, when someone is coming to the apt”
