“Unit 1 Pros: Nice kitchen for a small studio. It's on the first floor, so no going up stairs. Cons: Mice. So many mice. There are several holes that were patched up...but they get in eventually months later. Behind the stove. From the closet. Advice to landlord: None. He's actually great. Just would like those holes fixed up well.”
