“Unit 4D Pros: cheap, no cockroaches(at least in my unit), major closet space Cons: packages stolen often, no amenities, precarious stairs. Advice to landlord: put in cameras because your tenants are animals and steal packages.”

“Pros: quiet, good area, decent sized! Cons: STOLEN PACKAGES often Advice to landlord: answer your emails:)”

“Pros: Nice location, inexpensive rent Cons: Very poor management!!!! Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants when there is an issue with the building.”
