“Pros: good heat and sound proofing Cons: Garbage and rat control could be better”

“Pros: Great location, super close to the park pets allowed Cons: Mgmt takes a long time to respond and is *very* difficult. Cannot stress this enough. We have had leaks, power outages, bedbugs and mgmt was difficult in all scenarios. Roaches are bad, pest control does not do a good job and picks and chooses when to show up Garbage disposal is terrible and multiple fines have resulted from it. It will pile up for weeks at a time, which causes more roaches coming from the windows and rats outside.”

“Pros: Access to transportation Cons: If a tenant is smoking in an apartment that shares a floor/ceiling/wall with yours, the smell will seep in to your apartment. Management did not take complaints seriously. Made it miserable to be in my apartment. Advice to landlord: Do something about indoor smoking”
