“Pros: This is a special building with special folks :) you'd be lucky to be a part of it. The current management company Sky Management is pretty good no complaints. Awesome location and big rooms Cons: Neighbor Joe is cranky and a d*ck Advice to landlord: Joe sucks”

“Pros: Clean interior, nice neighbors, great neighborhood Cons: Management / super don’t respond and serious mouse problem.”

“Pros: Very little fuss, no one in your business, kind neighbors, great location Cons: The whole building is infested with mice and the landlord is unresponsive at best, uncooperative at worst. Over a year lease we were able to get an exterminator into the apartment 4 out of the 15 or so times we asked. Each time it took significant pestering.”
