“Pros: Everything its great, family friendly and nice building Cons: The LIRR its very close so you can hear that every time!! Advice to landlord: keep doing a great job”

“Pros: Close to Austin st. LIRR 10 min walk. Cons: LIRR tracks right across the street so it's noisy. Can't really have the windows open without having to yell. No dish washer or elevator. Parking is awful, be prepared to drive around for a good 30 mins.”
