“Unit 2F Pros: Conveniently located. Units are quiet and well sized. No pest issues. Cons: Rent increases of 8%+ or more. High tenant turnover. Unresponsive management team and Superintendent. Can't be reached by phone or email. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants.”

“Pros: Building is in a great area and has a working elevator Cons: Management is terrible and rent hikes are steep - 200 + a month and no heat in the winter. Leaks, no heat and no response. Good luck Oh, and you are probably living in a Good Cause Unit but they won't inform you and will try to increase your rent by 24%”

“Unit 4j Pros: Building super very nice, responsive. Cons: Management absolutely doesn't respond to any serious and dangerous situations (leaking water in bedroom, mold, front doors that can not close properly) , on top of that they send threatening massages , they won't renew the lease if you call 911 or withhold the rent for inhabitable unit. Absolute horrible management!!!!! Advice to landlord: I hope you'll understand that you are breaking the law and you will have serious consequences.”
