“Unit 3R Pros: Landlords were pretty responsive for any issues within apartment. Super was helpful and fast. Cons: Horus cafe(bar on ground floor) is loud until 3am every weekend. If you can’t handle loud noise it’s a major issue. Heat is extremely strong in winter and typically needs windows to be left open. Advice to landlord: Have Horus be more considerate or evict them.”
