“Unit 1425A Pros: Close to school and transportatoon. Cons: Landlord wants tenant to do repairs for damage done by others. The sicilian landlord is a really bossy and goes through the apartment when tenant is not there. Also, criminals arrive at night time because security is weak in the building. Landlord doesn't even want tenants to lock the doors. Advice to landlord: Don't bother renting. Having you as a landlord was really traumatizing.”
