My next door neighbor has roaches, a foul smell coming from his apartment threshold into the hall, plus he throws garbage full of roaches into the common garbage room. He refuses to allow pest control in his place and management has been saying they'll "do something" for two + years. Advice to landlord: Inspect units annually to identify and treat the source of your building's roach infestation”
