“Pros: None at all Cons: Resident manager, Valdez Bellchista and handyman, Tommy were so disrespectful as building staff and as human beings. When moving in/out, they make you pay a ridiculous, non-refundable $600 elevator reservation fee. Advice to landlord: Find a new manager”

“Pros: The location is the only redeeming quality Cons: Super and some of the doorman were the most rude and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Request was approved, then they went back on their word, and got upset when proved wrong. You would expect the quality of the workers to be better in this type of building but I guess it's a reflection of the super..... Advice to landlord: Hire staff who care”

“Pros: Great full-service and very responsive building staff and property manager that supported my family’s stay during 2019. Sweeping views from our corner unit facing East River / Brooklyn bridge. Solid construction with thick walls and large bedroom units. Cons: Elevators are going through renovation through 2020. Pros are updated elevators, but one can experience rush-hour delays as well. Advice to landlord: Service and responsiveness are key selling points. Keep up the good work.”
