“Pros: Rent stabilized, live-in super is amazing and friendly, laundry in building, elevator, neighbors are kind and welcoming Cons: Water bug / roach problem, management is very difficult to contact, older appliances / features, have to pay for laundry, walls and ceilings are thin Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to complaints and problems of the tenants.”
