“Pros: Small building, residents who have been around for 6+ years are friendly, close to express public transportation Cons: New resides who came during the pandemic are horrible neighbors. The building doesn't stay clean because of them- they have brought in pests as well Advice to landlord: Please be responsive to complaints from long time residents”

“Unit 5b Pros: Rent is okay. But even through housing connect it isn't like the discount is crazy. Cons: Very unresponsive. Seems like a massive company with a bunch of back office people pushing the tenant's complaints around. Super is probably overworked and never seems to respond. You will really feel how little they care about you once sign their lease. Good luck getting any repair done in any timely manner. Have had a leaky fixture for over 2 months now and I keep getting the run around Advice to landlord: Try to keep your tenants happy, not just your pocket lined.”
