“Pros: Location in Chelsea was nice Cons: Heating pipes were extremely loud at night, sounded like a construction site. So many cockroaches and rats - I could hear them crawling in the walls at night, was definitely an infestation. Property owner kept a decent chunk of security deposit due to normal wear and tear.”

“Pros: Beautiful location, bright apartment Cons: Some Pest issues - have dealt with both roaches and mice Kitchen tile and hardwood floors have wear and tear Homeless shelter next door”
