“Pros: Responsive management and a lovely super, hallways are typical walk up style and rundown but the units themselves are nice and well kept, washer/dryer and dishwashers in unit are a huge plus. Cons: West 4th Street facing units can be loud especially on the weekends, some noise between floors/walls of units as well.”
