“Pros: the apartments themselves are spacious and you get plenty of closets for storage. pet friendly. Cons: property management is GARBAGE- have had multiple issues in multiple units with the toilets backing up at least four times a year. the trash closets are vile. the washing machines aren't serviced regularly. parking can be difficult. Advice to landlord: treat your tenents like people, be more accessible and responsible for your properties.”

“Pros: There’s nothing good to comment. Cons: Everything! They just put up dry wall and cheap tile. Bang a wall and you can hear the building crumble. All kinds of pests. Just disgusting”

“Pros: Beautiful building if super were replaced. Cons: Super does not clean on a daily basis. Nor does he tend to tenants only if the matter is urgent.”
