“Pros: Landlord lives downstairs so it’s easy to have any concerns addressed in a timely manner. Renovations are modern and the apartment is spacious with lots of storage. Cons: The staircases are narrow with tight turns and make moving in and out challenging (but not impossible). The heat can also get way too high, and often the winters are dry and hot inside.”
