“Pros: Good location, that’s probably it Cons: Andre the super is the absolute worst, will not answer your emails or come fix anything, if anything goes wrong in the building you’re SOL, lower units get absolutely no sunlight, Advice to landlord: Get rid of Andre”

★★★★★Feb 2021

“Pros: rent price was fair for market Cons: Andre the building manager is unprofessional and unresponsive. took no accountability when there was a leak from the roof all the way down to first floor. didn't compensate anyone or put them in hotels and expexted people to live in units while numerous fans with open walls were there. Elba the broker is nice but don't let that fool you. roof has leaked on more than one occasion and gone as far down as the first floor Advice to landlord: Fire Buchbinder Warren they are ruining your building. Andre ignored initial reports of leaks and said he would send someone when rain stopped and tenants were on the roof in the storm bailing water to save there things.”
