Mice everywhere in the walls, no response to requests for extermination or traps. Renters were expected to pay to deal with mice ourselves. Often ignored by Super. Small apartments for the price. Tried to raise rent on a renewal in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Ridiculous management that doesn’t care about renters whatsoever. Advice to landlord: Do better”

Once at 2 am a pipe burst because someone was doing plumbing work for Mgmt (at 2am!!) and our apartment filled with black tar. They did nothing to help. Advice to landlord: Stop treating tenants like they’re less than human.”
