“Pros: Loved the area and the view from our apt was magnificent. Cons: Our apt was infested with German roaches. We were told they came from an apt near us that was unclean and nothing could be done. Roaches infested our belongings and after moving out, several appeared in each box we unpacked. There were so many, it took months to eradicate them from our new home. Advice to landlord: We’d wished our concerns had been taken into consideration and that efforts had been made to help us.”
