“Pros: Overall the building is nice and MGMT is fairly responsive. Family oriented. Cons: Highway noise and in wall air conditioner/heat combo units mean you will always hear the highway, regardless if your windows are closed. Prepare for high utility bills.”

“Pros: Hardwood floors, clean, views of the Statue of Liberty Cons: Elevators reeked, gym needs newer equipment”

“Unit 11G Pros: I just wish it was in a different neighborhood. Cons: Only thing to complain about is that I’m underneath the gym so loud thuds are normal occurrence.”
