“Pros: Great lighting. Affordable. Spacious. Heat/Hot water. Improved wait time for fixtures. Cons: Could be maintained better or more frequently in terms of cleanliness and upkeep of building. Rodents. Advice to landlord: Be better in having availability or being more prompt in responding to issues of the building by tenants. Fix rodent issue. Remove scaffolding from building.”
