“Pros: Friendly tenants, large and spacious, elevator in building, laundry in basement Cons: Sometimes the super is hard to reach and you have to ask multiple times for things to be done- also very messy with his work and doesn’t clean up after himself when he’s done.”

“Pros: Elevator building Cheap rent Cons: We had mold in our bathroom and all the super did was put paint over it. Lots of loud neighbors.”
