“Pros: Close proximity to restaurants Cons: Everything else - landlord does not care about his tenants. I have been trying to get in touch with management for over a year to receive my security deposit. They have not returned my emails and have been dodging my calls. I finally got the personal cell number of the landlord and he picked up and said “leave me alone” and hung up. What he fails to understand is that he has $2,300 of my money. I am not the only previous tenant having issues with “friendly associates”, and I know his previous brokerage stopped working with him due to his work ethic. I very highly discourage moving here unless you want to give away your hard earned money for no apparent reason. Advice to landlord: Learn to treat your tenants with respect instead of your own personal bank”
