“Pros: The location is good Cons: Major disturbed lead issues in the building. Persistent mold in all bathrooms due to total lack of ventilation. Water ingress from delapidated, water-logged decks and crumbling walls. Many safety issues went unaddressed, expect to spend $$$ fixing problems yourself. Advice to landlord: Maintain your historic property with the care it deserves”
