“Unit 3A Pros: This building is really well located, next to the express subway, Whole Foods, restaurants. It is also pest free, and all the units have central air (split units in every room) Cons: The ventilation system of a restaurant is behind the building and can be noisy at night, the space for the packages is the same as the spot for the garbage”
