“Pros: Laundromat, cleaners, supermarket, USPS and food options within a block or two. Neighbors are respectful for the most part. Cons: This place was given to my filthy. There was hair in the shower and old broccoli in the oven (I couldn’t shower there for months and showered at my mothers home). People sit in front of the building and refuse to move to move. Front of building is loud and dirty. No garbage shoot in hallways, have to go to street to throw out garbage. Advice to landlord: Please have your super clean. It looks like he hangs out more than work”

Kitchen was tiny, fridge couldn't open all the way because it was next to a wall. Shower had terrible water pressure and rarely had hot water. Advice to landlord: Stop trying to cheat your tenants!”
