“Pros: The building is clean, well-maintained, and management/super is responsive. Cons: This is a lottery building, so some tenants are not vetted correctly and won't keep the place clean and free of pests. There is also no security in the lobby, and everyone can get into the building, which allows for mail/package theft. Advice to landlord: Please get security downstairs”
