Cons: Communication with tenants wasn’t always clear and landlord often misrepresented my communication with caused a lot of challenges when navigating a new lease. Advice to landlord: Please be upfront about who lives downstairs in the basement, put money into house each quarter to trim yard and maintain property rather then asking tenants too”
