“Pros: Pretty good super, clean lobby, elevator building and well managed trash. Cons: Management company was difficult to get lease takeover arrangement done. Took months to get a new lease at one point. Recurring roach issue which their hired exterminator has not fixed, and forced us to bug bomb if the apartment before trying other methods like baits. Advice to landlord: Fix the bug issues.”

“Pros: -Elevator -Washer/Dryers in the basement -Conveniently located Cons: Parking can be troublesome Advice to landlord: Have more washing and drying machines”

“Pros: Spacious apartment Lots of things around you 1 and A/C trains within 10 mins walking Live in Super Cons: Lots of noise/music (I didn't mind but it is the heights) Somewhat of a bug issue in the building”

“Pros: Large floorplan, beautiful lobby Cons: SO many cockroaches (you can sign up every month for the exterminator to come but they just spray some liquid and it doesn't really help with the issue), hot water was shut off several times (only once with notice), the only way to take out the trash is to take the elevator to the basement (the elevator is crazy slow and there are no stairs to the basement), one of the heaters couldn't be shut off and it was really hot in the winter Advice to landlord: The leasing company is reasonably responsive”
