— 168 EAST 82 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Well renovated interior with decent sized living spaces, great finished rooftop Cons: Terrible responsiveness in various issues with the unit - heating issues, washer/dryer problems, ceiling bulb replacements, rat problems outside of building, etc. Units in the back are not quiet spring-fall due to the Toloache outdoor seating in the back. Advice to landlord: Change property management to one that responds to queries within a reasonable timeframe. Fix issues that pose true hazard to tenants in a timely matter, including the apartment front door locking issue. Provide more garbage bins in front of unit for tenants to throw our garbage more consistently.”
