“Pros: Safe-ish area, walkable, near trains Cons: Landlords constantly intimidating roommates and I to leave apartment, packages constantly being stolen, front door constantly breaks and takes weeks to be fixed, unresponsive landlords that threaten to evict us, even when we pay rent on time, landlords avoiding our phone calls and emails to communicate. Advice to landlord: Operate legally!!!!!!!!”

“Pros: central AC, heating elevator dishwasher Cons: management is essentially impossible to reach and will not get back to you at all (or unless you call angrily after months of promises of repairs). even the super has trouble reaching him. way overpriced for square footage”
