“Pros: Building is situated in a neighborhood that is calm and crime free. Cons: Severe Heating issues during winter with heating vents being dirty and never cleaned by owner. Apt. Overpriced, no security and mostly defraud tenants of some sort of false expenses by owner. Advice to landlord: Straighten up your tenant-unfriendly rental policies, provide heat and security to tenants.”
