“Pros: This building is small and well taken care of. Landlord lives up the street, very kind and responsive. Beautiful light, quiet street. Cons: We had a mouse (or several) for the years we lived there, seemed seasonal, was hard to contain. Radiators hissed and leaked a bit.”
