“Pros: Super is very responsive. Has an Amazon locker in the lobby for packages. Building is a mix of young professionals, families and senior citizens. Great location. Apartments are spacious with lots of closets. Laundry in basement. Cons: Building has issues with german cockroaches, but they are actively trying to remedy. The exterminator visits often. No dishwashers. No online rent payment. Must send checks.”
