“Pros: The unit is clean, in a great location, and well taken care of. The landlord is incredibly attentive and fixes problems almost immediately and works collaboratively with tenants. Cons: Truthfully there's nothing I can think of. Advice to landlord: Thank you for being such a great landlord!”
