“Pros: Great outdoor space. Gym, rooftop, and patio all great. Cons: Had a severe roach problem they refused to properly address. Dishwasher was always broken and they refused to address. No fan for ventilation in the bathroom. Old shit floorboards, oven, and stove. Advice to landlord: Upgrade the fixtures and find a permanent solution to the roach problem”

“Unit 8B Pros: For the most part this was a great place to live. The landlord was responsive to our complaints and generally punctual with sending help over who could fix various issues. The air conditioning, heating, water, and electricity have never been an issue, and the outdoor roof Cons: We have had cockroaches and smaller bugs a couple of times. The dishwasher is also trash but the landlords have refused to replace it. Lastly the $8 in quarters to do a load of laundry is a slap in the face considering the high rent we pay. The lease signing process was also a bit over the top Advice to landlord: Get a new dishwasher, stop charging $8 in quarters to do shitty laundry.”
