“Pros: Plenty of Security Cameras. Spacious apartments. Cons: Hallways filthy. Maintenance within apartment is below average. Do not make repairs with much priority. Door locks at front entrance do not lock, which allows anyone to enter. Owners have a rude and aggressive manner of speaking that comes off rude, loud, and condescending. Advice to landlord: Make repairs on time, well done, rather than temporary fixes. Improve the manner in which you converse with tenants and you will be respected.”
