“Pros: I like that it's in Manhattan. Cons: Water pressure, old cheap repairs, old tiles, unreliable heat, roaches. Advice to landlord: Spend the money and fix the place up.”

“Pros: I like my neighbors. Cons: The door buzzer doesn't always work. It's also very shrill. Water pressure often drops or water turns off all together without warning. Advice to landlord: Take better care of the building”
