“Pros: Location, neighborhood, hard wood floors. Cons: Severe water damage on ceiling, bugs, small rooms (for the most part), old appliances, old/bad plumbing, nowhere to put the garbage except on the street, and nothing is fixed when broken. Advice to landlord: Your building is legit falling apart and you do not care at all. My advice: Listen to your tenants when they report an issue instead of yelling, cursing, and ignoring the problem.”
